I was really impressed by the water cream! I swear by Charlotte tilbury magic cream but it can be a little heavy in very hot weather, if I don't have time to let it absorb, so have been trying water creams for my holiday washbag. This one smells gorgeous when you start massaging it in, and absorbs really well, light but very well hydrating. Generally I want more of a punch for everyday moisturiser (CT is closer to the tatcha dewy cream) but I will be keeping this in mind for summer.

Good but…
I love this moisturiser. Its very nice and hydrating and I find doesnt break me out. The scent is very nice but not overbearing and smells like a spa. 😍 The only problems are that its obviously very expensive for just a moisturiser and that the mini doesnt have much product. Oh and also you have to use a fair amount because it soaks in so quick.

Best water cream moisturiser
I’ve tried quite a few different water cream moisturisers but this is my firm favourite. I have combination skin which by the end of the day can be very oily. I need a moisturiser that is capable of balancing that oily side, whilst also dealing with the dry patches I am prone to around my cheeks. This moisturiser does a great job of balancing everything out. I also suffer with breakouts but this cream doesn’t make them any worse, in fact I tend to find they’re better when I use it. A little goes a long way - it has a lot of slide which is great. Beautiful product, will continue to purchase.

Wonderful
Tatcha really is the best at moisturisers. This is such a wonderful product. I tried the small version of this and immediately became obsessed and had to repurchase. This is so light and easily absorbed into the skin however really packs a punch in terms of hydration. The skin feels like it’s been given a boost

Perfect for spring & summer
Coming into spring, I have switched up my skincare routine and this moisturiser is the one I have started using again, now that my skin is not dehydrated and in need of richer moisturisers anymore. Water Cream is the perfect name for this as it feels like water on the skin. It’s so light but still does its job and locks in moisture and gives my skin just the right amount of hydration it needs. As this is Tatcha, the packaging is of course as stunning as the cream itself.
