Underwhelming
Although there are a lot of Kiehl's skin care products which I like, this was pretty underwhelming. I didn't like the milky consistency or how it felt on my skin and I didn't see any noticeable results. It was quite gentle though and didn't irritate my sensitive skin. However, there are definitely better refining toners out there and at a lower price point so I wouldn't purchase this again. I

I have been using this for a long time but this last bottle is so disappointing it seem to be nothing like my other bottles I used to see and feel so clean really feeling it was doing a good job but now it could be just plain water I am wiping over my skin worst thing is I have brought two bottles

Works well
I have tried this as a small sample. I was impressed, this is something that could be used on a daily basis as it isn't too harsh, leaving skin feeling refreshed. - There was evidence of exfoliation on the cotton pad! I would recommend using this as long as you don't expect spectacular results that a strong exfoliator produces.

Smooth Radiance!
Tried this sample but don’t think I’ll buy as I prefer Paula’s Choice toners. However, worth a review. It’s a gentle exfoliator which gives you smoother, more radiant skin while keeping it balanced and hydrated. The blend of lipo-hydroxy acid and nourishing milk proteins tackles dullness and definitely revitalises your skin but if you like your acids and stronger toners I don’t think this will appeal.
