1. After cleansing, apply toner to the skin with a cotton pad.
2. Wipe gently in outward motions until the pad comes up clean.
* For external use only. Avoid eye area. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
For dry or dehydrated skin - use the toner as directed, then follow with a second round using your hands instead of cotton pads. Pat the toner directly onto your face and neck to help lock in moisture.
For combination skin and oily skin types prone to dehydration or dry skin during spring or summer - apply after your favorite astringent toner. This second layer will cleanse and rehydrate your skin, preparing it for any serum or moisturizer.
