HYDRATES AND PREPS The great thing about preparatory essences and lotions is that they usually add a little hydration meaning you need to use less of the most expensive product (the face cream or night cream) in order to get the comfort and hydration you are looking for. The caviar essence is a lightweight gel- liquid that makes my skin feel a little more hydrated and supports the effect of the caviar cream. Whilst the product is expensive the bottle is large and last a long time

Not moisturizing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This did not make my skin feel moisturized at all. I put it on my skin and it felt greasy for a moment, then it dried my face out rather quickly. It was a very strange transition from greasy to dry. I did not like the scent of the lotion, it was a little strong for my preference.

I like it a lot!
