Perfect if you want to make your serum works harder for you. Gives extra quench and helps any serum penetrate deeper. Also, works amazing as a make up setter, moisturiser extra hard worker, hot weather cooler. If your skin is moist enough it may be your only hydrator

Still love it!
Update review Still love it! I’ve been without for almost a month and my skin health has decreased. If I use this and miss a night here and there for skincare I don’t break out. I’ve noticed bumps returning now. I’m sure there are people whose skin may not like it. But as I said in previous review just a few sprays. It’s not a just a hydrating mist so I don’t use it to sandwich between layers. I use it after I wash morning and night. It’s one of those products you don’t really know what it’s doing but when you go without you miss it. It is instantly refreshing after a wash though!

Meh
So hard to push down the sprayer. I can’t even do it with my left hand, so I spray a lot with my right hand into the palm of my left hand and apply to my legs and arms. I can’t see any pay off in terms of hydration. Disappointed.

Can't live without it
This is a go to for skin moisture. I use summer and winter and have to issues with dry, flaky skin. Can't live without it.

I liked this more than expected
It's hard to explain mists, I find.. this mist from NIOD is a great antioxidant which is great to fight free radicals, specially if you're sensitive to some others like vit c, this could be something easy to incorporate for the antioxidant properties. It is very good value for money considering the size and lasts ages. In fact I wish they either did it in a smaller version or added something that makes it last longer once opened because I found it hard to finish it all within the time frame.
