Great product
I love using the Laneige Water Bank Toner in the evening. It removes all my makeup and mascara effortlessly from throughout the day. It is super hydrating and non stripping which is great for my skin, not to mention how the exfoliating it removes dead skin and sebum too!

I bought the entire Laneige Water Bank routine about a year ago and haven't looked back. I absolutely love how well the toner follows the water bank cleanser, makes my face feel so refreshed without stripping it. Followed with the serum and moisturiser, this is a fabulous routine!

I have recently tried the Laneige Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Exfoliating Toner, a hydrating toner that works to gently exfoliate skin. I use it morning and night after washing the face. This toner contains blue hyaluronic acid, a moisturising agent derived from deep sea algae. It also contains PHA which helps to gently exfoliate and soften the skin. to allow additional skincare steps to absorb better, this toner delivers lightweight hydration both immediately and in the long term. This toner is good for combination to oily skin. For dry skin can try Laneige's toner Hyaluronic toner which doesn't exfoliate the skin.
Not for me
My favourite toner of all time is the Laneige essential power skin toner. I’ve used it for years and it just works. Unfortunately in the UK it seems to never be in stock anymore therefore I purchased this one instead. Sadly nothing compares to the other one. The texture was watery, the scent was pleasant but it just didn’t do anything. My skin broke out more and I felt it wasn’t hydrating enough. Just like their water bank cream I felt like I have a layer of plastic on my face using this toner. Such a shame.
