Beautiful cream!!

I love laniege skincare and this night cream was so lovely!!! Its really hydrating and makes the skin feel nourished, smooth and plump. For the price it is a really good size too! I have just purchased the eye cream to try aswell. Can definitely recommend!!

So disappointing

I was really excited to try this in my advent calendar. However, that excitement turned to disappointment when I tried the product. The smell is overpowering. It’s not a nice smell - it’s a nasty perfume scent which doesn’t fade quickly on the skin. When I first applied the gel/cream product, my skin felt a rush of coolness which was really refreshing and it sank into my skin really nicely. But the perfume was just awful and I had to wash it off. There is NO REASON to include perfumes in face products. It could aggravate sensitive skin and as perfume is so subjective it will turn some people off a perfectly good product if they don’t like the smell (which is what has happened to me). I did have my eye on a couple of other Laneige face products but I won’t be bothering with them now. So frustrating. Please don’t put perfume in things that are not perfume!

Very hydrating and light

I originally purchased the water bank sleep mask but didn’t feel it was doing much. I returned it for this one and much prefer it. It is a lightweight gel which leaves my skin feeling hydrated and supple. Some have commented on the floral scent which I barely noticed until I smelled the jar itself but once on my skin I don’t smell anything and I have a very sensitive nose. It’s a bit pricey for what it is which is essentially face cream, which is why I waited until the Black Friday sales to get it.

Lovely cream however not rich enough

Lovely cream however for my personally dry skin it’s not thick or rich enough to keep it hydrated throughout the night, so usually I layer it with another moisturiser or use in the day ! Keep skins look smooth and firm however so does what it says on the tin!

Not for sensitive skin.

I've always loved products from this brand, so I thought I try this item. But I ended up suffering itching and redness after 5 uses. My skin type is normal and sensitive. So i gave it to my sister, her description is as follows: When it just got onto the skin, you feel the instant plumbing effect, but if you continue to use it, your skin get depending on it. In other words, you have to keep using it to feel the skin plumbing, otherwise dry and dull. She has dry and sensitive skin.
