Rated 1 out of 5 by srmwilliams from Would award zero stars if possible. Please do not use this if you have sensitive skin. I regularly use acids, peels but haven't used a physical exfoliant beyond a muslin cloth in years. Texture wise, this is similar to the St Ives apricot scrub, just as abrasive. Ireceived a sample of this in the GWP. Firstly, this is another example of a brand which tours itself as organic etc but it is crammed full of things known to trigger reactions e.g. strong fragrances, abrasive compounds and essential oils. My skin hasn't been the same since using this mask.. I have a ring around my face where the mask was and a welt on each cheek. A fairly reactive result. Really disappointed in this and the brand generally. If you have sensitive skin DO NOT use this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MrsO86 from The best exfoliator I’ve ever used! A fantastic exfoliator! Apply to damp skin (as per the instructions) and massage in. You can be as gentle or as rigorous as you like, depending on how deep you’d like the exfoliation to be. No chemicals and no after burn. Just a lovely, natural product that leaves skin feeling silky soft, bright and feeling wonderful. I’ve added this product to my skincare routine, along with the Kora Organics Noni Glow Face Oil and the transformation over the last few weeks has been incredible. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Rated 1 out of 5 by St Maloo from Too Harsh I tried this mask for the first time a couple of nights ago. Followed the instructions, left it on for 10 minutes then gently removed with water…immediately thought that the grainy exfoliating particles were really harsh upon the skin. Was left with a red, prickly face. A few days later I still have a rash. My skin is in no way sensitive, but it really didn’t like this mask.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stef from Great product - just not right for me I got this as a 10ml free sample and was able to eke it out to do three masks. I think it's a really great product and would highly recommend to others, but unfortunately there is one draw back about it that means I wouldn't personally buy it. What I love about it? - the peppermint is super soothing - there was a very noticeable brightening of my skin after use - the exfoliation aspect of it really activated and deep cleaned my skin What I wasn't thrilled about? - because it uses turmeric, the product is a very dark colour, which stained my muslin cloths when trying to remove the product from my face. Why I won't buy it? - I am sensitive to certain flower/plant-based ingredients which make me sneeze a lot and upon reading the ingredient list I saw that this product uses one of those.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ESH from Don't waste your money I got a large sample of this (from a different site), and used it two, three times a week for two weeks. It felt like one of those scrubs you could make at home, or a scrub back in the day before people realised large abrasive granules vigorously rubbed against your skin actually did more harm than good. I followed the directions and left it on for 10 minutes, rubbed in circular motions with a bit of water after, and washed it off. I didn't see it improve my skin in any way, nor did it brighten or do much of anything to be honest. If you have sensitive skin, I could imagine it would irritate it as it's quite harsh, even if you use more water. Overall, with all of the other great products on the market at the same price point, I wouldn't waste my money.
