Doesn’t make a difference
I like to use it in the mornings as the first thing I do as for a couple of minutes it does feel nice and refreshing. However, I regretfully say that it doesn't do anything else. It is very expensive for the very little it does so, no I would not recommend this.

It doesn’t do that much
It sounded really refreshing and I bought it to add to my skincare routine and yes it does feel quite nice and I’d good for early mornings to wake you up a bit but other than that it didn’t have any physical effects, it is quite a lot of money to but it just for the cooling effect so honestly I wouldn’t waste the money

Didn't seem to do much
I bought this as part of a Milk makeup set and was disappointed with this product. It doesn't provide a cooling sensation as promised (even with the item being stored in the fridge!) and was very difficult to spread under my eyes due to the overly solid consistency of the product. After using it for a few days, I noticed some skin irritation under my eyes so decided to discontinue. I certainly wouldn't recommend
