Fabulous serum, ampoules needs rethinking

I love Natura Bissé products, particularly the Essential Shock range, and the Hydro Rescue set is no exception. The product - the intense serum - is wonderful. It is a lightweight, milky serum, designed to rehydrate and refresh the complexion and it does exactly that. It can be used either as a seven-day intensive hydration course or used twice weekly for skin "maintenance". I tried it as an intensive course: every night, for seven days, I applied the serum to my face directly after cleansing, added my usual night time moisturiser, et voilà! I awoke to astonishing results. I can honestly say that my skin has never looked or felt better. I am blessed with good skin anyway, but this serum made it hydrated, silky smooth, plumped up and glowing. I have never received so many compliments in such as short period of time. I would genuinely use this product every night throughout the winter if it was sold in a bottle. Alas, it is packaged in glass ampoules, which is where this item falls short. The ampoules measure approximately 5cm in height, each of which contain approximately 2cm of serum. I would recommend removing the ampoules from the box and standing them upright for several hours before use to ensure that the serum pools in the bottom of the bottle and will not be lost when the top is snapped off. The ampoules are easy enough to open and Natura Bissé supply a supple, flexible, plastic, disposable applicator to fit over each bottle once ready for use. I thought this would be a simple and safe process, having tried various other brands with glass ampoules. However, trying to squeeze the serum through the applicator is a wasteful and annoying process. I don't know if it is a design flaw or whether the inclement winter weather has a bearing on the bottles, but the glass sometimes cracks into shards when the applicator is compressed, which means that there is a possibility of minuscule glass shards in the product, which is a definite no-no for anything applied to the face. Perhaps I am at fault for wanting to drain every drop of serum from a set of this this price (?), but I still think that the delivery system needs to be re-thought by the manufacturers. I have deducted one star for this reason. Natura Bissé has produced a fabulous overnight serum, regardless of whether it is used as an intensive course or as a twice-weekly skin booster, but it would work better if sold in a bottle or even a small pot. Will I buy it again? Yes, because of the visible - and almost immediate - improvement to my skin, but I feel compelled to warn others of the problems with the glass ampoules. As an aside, SpaceNK, please consider stocking other products from the Natura Bissé Intensive Shock range, so I do not have to spend a fortune having it sent to me from Spain.
