Good product but poor packaging
I had some issues with the pump and ended up having to open the lid to use the product which was annoying. However I’m pleased with the product itself - I was wary as hadn’t used retinol before but I followed the instructions and built it up gradually and feel my skin looks smoother and have had no bad reactions with my sensitive skin.

Brilliant retinol
I have quite dry and sensitive skin so am a bit wary of active ingredients but this is a great way of applying retinol. It goes on wonderfully and sinks into my skin, and I have noticed my skin is smoother and with less fine lines since I started using it.

Poor dispenser
Love the rose oil from Biossance, unfortunatley, for the price of this product, I do not think the cream differs from other lower priced products and the pump does not work. I have to open the bottle to get cream out! Won't be purchasing it again in the future.

Half-decent but expensive and poorly designed
This was a half-decent retinol that absorbs quickly on the skin. I've been using retinols for a while but despite being used to the ingredient, I was glad to find this retinol was nice and gentle. However, it doesn't do anything special that a more budget friendly alternative doesn't provide. The performance simply doesn't justify the high price. To make matters worse, this retinol doesn't use a airless pumping system which means that after a couple of uses, the dip tube hits the bottom of the bottle and can no longer bring up any product. One needs to open the pump (therefore exposing the retinol to the environment) and use the dip tube to 'mix' the product in a way the pump can actually pick anything up. Quite disappointed on an expensive and poorly designed retinol.

Perfect - no break outs
I have sensitive skin and this serum doesn’t break me out and that says a lot for a retinol serum, this makes my skin feel very smooth and I do feel my fine lines are minimised. Applied on dry skin and followed with hydrating moisturiser. After a few weeks used every night.
