decent
Was looking for an spf balm for summer and this was the only spf chapstick I could find without a weird white cast. Feels great on and does the job well. The only negative is that it feels abrasive when you put it on. As soon as it’s on your lips though it’s fine and the texture is actually lovely and buttery but it doesn’t have that smooth texture you’re expecting when you apply it. Apart from that it did the job.

On average
Its not a bad product at all, its hydrating, long-lasting, feels really light though it still moisturises and smells really herb-y and calming, but that's like all lip balms, if you're buying for Aesop go ahead, no regrets, but if you're just looking for a lip balm there's nothing particularly interesting about this, get a more affordable option

Good Lip Balm
This lip balm is good, definitely moisturises my lips and leaves them soft and supple. I wouldn't say it is the best lip balm I have ever used and perhaps I had higher expectations as a regular Aesop user, but it does the job and I ma glad I have tried it.

Ok
Not the best lip balm unfortunately. Received this as part of a set. It goes on well but does not feel very hydrating and needs to be applied again soon after.

Disappointed
I am a big fan of Aesop product and was drawn to the description that this protects the lips against UVA and UVB rays. I've only tried it a couple of weeks after getting it but am really disappointed with the results. It applies and absorbs easily but it doesnot provide any hydration at all. I had to re-apply it constantly. It is a thumb down from me this time for Aesop, I am afraid.
