Drunk Elephant was born out of founder Tiffany Masterson’s ongoing struggle with a range of skin complaints. After becoming disillusioned with the products at her disposal and the ingredients they were formulated with, she launched Drunk Elephant as a biocompatible skincare range in 2012, creating each product as a potent, easily absorbed elixir.
Each product in the Drunk Elephant range is formulated with a high percentage of active ingredients, all made at skin-friendly PH levels. Whether you’re looking to battle blemishes, reduce redness or revitalise the complexion, there are a variety of options for all concerns and any skin type.
They’re a cult favourite for a reason and are often touted as one of the best skincare brands out there, with quality and efficacy at the heart of each formulation. But it’s not just your skincare regime that can benefit from the range, as Drunk Elephant has forayed into body care and haircare too.

Love this!
This is one of my favourite moisturisers, the gel like texture feels quite lightweight but it is very nourishing! I love having peptides in my skincare routine for the anti-aging benefits, therefore I think this product is worth the price tag. The airtight jar is great and I find one pump is enough for my face and neck.

Great cream
Nourishing and leaves a nice complexion, definitely feels like it’s hydrating my skin. Smart packaging too. It’s expensive but good ingredients - I chose this cream based on the ingredients as I want my skin to look more plump, smooth and clear. It’s a great base for make up and easy to apply over.
Best Use: Hydrating, Uneven Skin Texture

lovely hydrating cream
I got a small pot of this in my advent calendar and only got around to using it the last few months. I love how the cream goes on, and the way my skin feels from using it. My skin looks hydrated and dewy and I have noticed improvements in the overall look of my skin. The only downside is the smell. It's quite unpleasant, almost a bit stale, and it seems to hang in my nostrils most of the day. It would be so much better if the smell was less stale
Best Use: Hydrating, Barrier Repair

Great ingredients, but the (non-)scent...
The Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream might be on my go-to list save its off-putting scent. I have truly tried to like this cream but I had to give up on it, because I simply abhor the stale smell every time I apply it. Now, it is not my favourite in terms of absorbtion rate or texture either, but I could overlook that because the ingredients speak for themselves and as a cruelty-free brand Drunk Elephant has my heart. Drunk Elephant truly make wonderful serums (all of which I use - also the Protini Resurf Serum, which is top-notch and does not have a smell), but I have yet to find a cream from them that I would like to opt for. If you overlook the inconvenience of the scent of the Protini cream, I would also like to note that while some people have characterized this cream as light, I would say it is more of a medium thickness and by no means a super-light gel-cream consistency.
Best Use: Hydrating, Barrier Repair, Minimise Fine Lines & Wrinkles, Anti-Aging
