Very light and gentle
I'm currently using a sample that I received and so far, so good. I really like the cream like texture of this product and how easily it is absorbed into my skin. The sample size should last for a few more days so I'm going to use it in particularly wrinkly areas to ascertain its effectiveness in this respect.I'm quite tempted to now buy this in a full size...

Lovely and gentle
I bough the large version of this recently after receiving a sample from kiehls and really loved it!! I bought a much stronger retinol before and it burnt my face so bought this instead and it’s so much more gentle. Highly recommend and skin is looking much better and even already.

I was given a deluxe sample of this serum to try. The texture is nice, not too sticky and it seems to be absorbed by the skin fairly quickly. This retinol serum is probably one of the mildest I have tried as I have sensitive skin and would don't really react to other retinal products, however, this one hasn't caused any irritations at all. My skin looks more plumped and tightened the next day,I also find it has helped with my dry skin.

A great retinol starter
I dabbled with a retinol a few years ago - I chose one from The Ordinary and it burnt my face so badly I had to go to a doctor and take the day off work! I did a lot of research this time and this product didn’t disappoint- super gentle but I’ve already noticed a difference. I’ll keep using it and maybe take the next step to something stronger soon

It's ok, can be a little drying for my skin sometimes. I have dry skin with rosacea so battle with redness, dryness and textured skin. I think I prefer the goldmacfaden retinol. It had a gentler form a retinol in it I will purchase that instead once I finish this kiehls. It's just ok.
