This perfectly Diptyque scented oval is made up of a white porcelain medallion surrounding a bar of scented wax. Its oval shape is the same Diptyque signature that appears on all of the brand's candles, fragrances and skincare products.
The delicate, bisque texture contrasts with the translucent, satiny softness of the wax that bears a stamp of the fragrance name. The contact information of the very first Diptyque boutique, at 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, is engraved around the circumference of the ring.
The scented oval is fitted with a simple, elegant waxed cotton cord, making it easy to hang anywhere.A cake of scented wax has been molded into the centre of the medallion, with hollow-etched letters playfully indicating the name of the fragrance.
Just like a book, the diptyque scented oval is presented in a pretty pull-out case, made of satiny white with black details.
Baies (Berries and Bulgarian Roses): with this delicate blend of rose and blackcurrant leaves, your dressing room or closet will bloom like a dewy English garden.
Each scented oval is meticulously hand-poured into a small individual mold. It is cooled slowly to preserve the fragrance and then removed from the mold. A scented oval will continue to waft its delicious scent for a minimum of three months.
