NATURIUMRetinaldehyde Cream Serum, £32
Hero ingredient: Retinol
The latest Naturium skincare launch champions vitamin A. While we've categorised it as the more well-known 'retinol', this serum actually contains retinaldehyde, which is a potent form of vitamin A that converts directly to retinoic acid (the form of retinol our body can use). Wrapped up in peptides, this formula helps to ease the appearance of fine lines and brighten your skin. Remember to patch test and introduce this into your routine slowly to avoid irritation.
NATURIUMNiacinamide Serum 12% Plus Zinc 2%, £10.5
Hero Ingredient: Niacinamide
The serum that started it all. Niacinamide is one of Naturium’s star ingredients and this was the brand’s first release. If you have oily skin, or struggle with acne and pigmentation, this serum will help to reduce oil production overtime and balance out your skin. It’s worth exploring the full line-up of Naturium niacinamide products if you already know the ingredient works for you.
NATURIUMBha Liquid Exfoliant 2%, £19
Hero Ingredient: Salicylic Acid
If your skin can handle it, daily gentle exfoliation can be game-changing. This liquid exfoliant champions the power of salicylic acid with a 2% dose of BHAs to help gently unclog pores and smooth out skin texture overtime. We like to use Naturium’s BHA Liquid Exfoliant in the evenings to help take off the day and reset our skin. If you haven’t used BHAs before or have sensitive skin, incorporate this into your routine twice a week to begin with.
NATURIUMMulti-peptide Moisturizer, £21
Hero Ingredient: Peptides
When it comes to Naturium moisturisers, everyone talks about the NATURIUM Plant Ceramide Rich Moisture Cream, £27, but this nifty face cream is definitely worth exploring. Jam-packed with peptides, as well as vitamin C, this formula helps to brighten, strengthen and hydrate skin. It’s going to be our all-year-round go-to because it absorbs super quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy film.
NATURIUMVitamin C Super Serum Plus, £27
Hero Ingredient: Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of those powerhouse ingredients everyone needs into their skincare routine. Naturium has a couple of vitamin C serums, but the Vitamin C Plus Super Serum is our favourite as it also contains retinol and does a great job at fading pigmentation daily. Use it as part of your night-time routine after cleansing and before your moisturiser. If pigmentation is your key skin concern, it’s worth adding the NATURIUM Alpha Arbutin Serum 2%, £22 into your routine too.
NATURIUMPurple Ginseng Cleansing Balm, £21
Hero Ingredient: Linoleic Oils
Susan swears by double cleansing and recommends starting things off with a cleansing balm. This formula heroes the nourishing power of linoleic oils so you don’t have to worry about stripping your skin of natural oils. The gentle balm helps to dissolve makeup, SPF and dirt within seconds and leaves your skin feeling baby soft. We love that it washes off easily without leaving an oily residue, making it perfect for just about every skin type. For an effective second cleanse, we can highly recommend NATURIUM Niacinamide Cleansing Gelee 3%, £18.5. Together they’re combo to prep skin for the rest of your skincare routine.
