The Beginner's Guide To NIOD
Niod
Fractionated Eye-Contour Concentrate, £50.00
What is it? It’s an eye serum that can be worn alone or under your usual eye cream (we find it’s hydrating enough on its own).
What does it do? Almost instantly your eye area feels more hydrated. Over time, you should notice that the area looks smoother, less puffy and dark circles are lifted thanks to the peptide technology and next-gen delivery systems. One drop per eye is more than enough every morning and evening.
Niod
Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex, £30.00
What is it? A hydrating serum with 15 different types of hyaluronic acid, including low, medium and high molecular weights to offer longer lasting hydration.
What does it do? If you were under the impression that all hyaluronic acid serums were made equal, this formula will prove you wrong. It’s seriously hydrating – so much so, most skin types could skip moisturiser and go straight to SPF. There’s none of the tackiness that other formulas leave, and your skin looks healthier. This is the hero product of the range for us.
Niod
Copper Amino Isolate Serum 2:1, N/A
What is it? The formula is centred on GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring copper peptide that depletes as we age. Once you’ve mixed the Copper Amino Isolate Activator bottle into the Copper Amino Isolate Serum, you’re left with a watery, blue serum that pretty much all skin types can use daily. Don’t worry, the blue colour doesn’t show up on your skin.
What does it do? The skincare benefits of copper peptides have been well documented and studies have shown that they help to ease fine lines and wrinkles, improve firmness and smooth out uneven skin tone. This lightweight serum is something we should all be using in our routine.
Niod
Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist (SDSM2), £40.00
What is it? This antioxidant packed face mist is a cross between a toner and a softener. With yeast-derived superoxide dismutase (a powerful antioxidant) to help protect against free radical damage; marine exopolysaccharide to help boost the production of hyaluronic acid and help reduce water loss; and purified North American four o’clock flower to ease inflammation, this multitasking mist hydrates and calms skin.
What does it do? Spritzed across your face and neck after cleansing and before your usual serums, it helps to prep your skin and maximise the treatment serums you apply afterwards.
Niod
Survival 30, £27.00
What is it? A broad-spectrum, mineral SPF 30 lotion with a lightweight, silky smooth texture. The slight hint of pigment ensures that you don’t get the ashy finish that some mineral sunscreens leave and it doesn’t feel heavy or cloying.
What does it do? Using mineral filters, this SPF helps to protect your skin from UV rays, infrared, pollution and blue light emitted from your screens.
Niod
Ethylated L-Ascorbic Acid 30% Network, £37.00
What is it? A waterless vitamin C serum with a potent dose of ethylated l-ascorbic acid cocooned in a protective network of antioxidants and zinc. One-to-two drops is enough for most skin types as a little goes a long way.
What does it do? Vitamin C is the gold standard ingredient for achieving a smooth, radiant complexion and NIOD’s version is one of the most concentrated formulas around. With consistent use you can expect dark spots to visibly ease and your skin to look and feel firmer and more radiant. We recommend using this as part of your overnight routine.
